New holiday house for 2 persons near the sea in Sventoji.
Separate entrance, terrace to relax in the evenings, a kitchen, a shower room, TV.
We offer you a comfortable rest in a natural beauty of nature, easy access to the sea.
Jūros (Sea) Street, distance from your house to the beach is only 200 m!.
Next to your home there is a bicycle path, a store, various locations to have a diner(such as restaurants, etc.), bicycle rental.
The house was constructed in 2016, used materials are high quality, furniture was made by special order. Indoor wood painted in the water and on the basis of natural raw materials (linseed oil, natural resins, natural beeswax).
As a bonus to rental price includes towels and bed linens.
Arrival is from 13:30h. (1:30 pm).
You need to free your room till 11:30h. (11:30 am).
Please reserve your housing in advance.
Double rooms cost depends on the time and the rest of the period.
