"JURPREILĖ" is a house right next to the sea and the dunes. Neringa is surrounded by natural nature.

The apartment accommodates a family of up to 5 people (2+2+1), which can comfortably and comfortably settle in a brand new house in Preila by the sea.

Spacious 51 sq. m., apartment, located on the first floor. Separate bedroom (double bed 160x200), living room (sofa that folds out into a double bed (140x200) and single fold-out comfortable bed (80x190), spacious bathroom (large shower 120x90cm) and stylishly and lovingly furnished dining room with kitchen.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for rest and daily needs (large refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, potable water, vacuum cleaner).

There is a cozy cafe nearby, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner in season.

Also, there is a permitted fire pit nearby where you can organize a picnic (spits/grills are available).

The beach bar - terrace "180 view" will also be waiting for you, to end the day in the sun.

Tenants will be able to use a paddle board, ping-pong and beach chairs 2 pcs.

The apartment has a private parking space and a south terrace (grass) with a view of the forest. Separate entrance to the apartment.

The entire apartment is equipped with heated floors, new furniture, bed linen, appliances and other nice details.

Possibility to charge an electric car with 32A, Type 2 charging cable.

There is no Internet or TV in the apartment.

The price of housing depends on the period, duration and number of persons.

  • During the season from May 1 until October 1 apartment price from 150 euros/day
  • In low season, the price is from 100 euros/day.
  • Weekend and holiday +30 euros/day.
  • The minimum rental period is 2 days.
  • Reservation fee 30% of the total price, paid by bank transfer according to the provided advance invoice.
  • A deposit of 100 euros will be required.
  • Pets are negotiated separately.

Arrival time from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. It is necessary to coordinate in advance.

Departure before 12 o’clock

The price includes: bed linen, towels and essential hygiene products.

JÚRPREILĖ - invites you to feel the sound of the sea, the natural nature of Neringa, peace and, of course, a unique sunset.

The cleanest Baltic sand, water and clean air are guaranteed.
